- Your vehicle must be fully ready to leave at the booked collection time (clause 4).
- First 30 minutes of waiting is free at collection and delivery; after that, £40 per started 30 minutes (£80/hour) (clause 5.1–5.2).
- Collection and delivery handovers must be prompt, with an authorised recipient ready (clause 5.5).
- Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale from 24 hours before collection (clause 7.1).
- AVS pricing, rates and supplier terms are confidential — not to be shared (clause 12.1).
- You must not offer work directly to a supplier or driver first introduced through AVS (clause 12.2).
- Payment is due before allocation unless AVS approves credit in writing (clause 6.2).
